Entitled Senate Bill 1714 Lot Rent Assistance

As mentioned at the last HOA meeting,  the protocol for the Monthly  Community Improvement meeting is changing.   After discussions with HTA they have agreed to increase the number of  participants from 3 Board Members to 3 Board Members and 2 members of  the HOA.  

We will randomly select 2 members from  a list of willing and available participants each month to attend.  If  you have gone north for the summer you're obviously not available until  fall.  Prior to the meeting we need to  present an agenda of items which we would like to discuss.  This advance  notice gives our community manager an opportunity to research the  issues being discussed and likely give us a response at the meeting  rather than saying "I'll get back to you later".  As a participant you  will be invited to submit your agenda items and participate in all the  discussion at the meeting.  

This is your opportunity to see what  really does and does not happen at these meetings while at the same time  make a positive contribution to change. 

These meetings are held on the second  Wednesday of each month at 2:00pm.  If you are available and would like  input on making Tanglewood better, I invite you to reply to this email  and let us know your availability.  We will make up the team from those  who reply only.
