Get the latest update from the  HOA  Board of Directors, including announcements, upcoming events, and important community news at our meetings.  Being a member of the HOA gives you a voice in the decisions that are made regarding the areas of focus for the organization.  We are different from the traditional HOA in that we do not make the rules, nor do we, the HOA, enforce them.  Our purpose is to gather our community's concerns and present them to the leadership of our community.

As a member  you are given the opportunity to speak at the monthly meetings if an area or topic is of interest or if you have an area of concern you'd like to share.  There are forms that can be filled out that allow you to present your thoughts in advance of the meeting.  Our monthly meetings are open to discussions and sharing of ideas.  You also, as a member, can vote for board positions.

Our goal as the HOA for Tanglewood is to be the voice of the community when dealing with Park Management, to share information and updates about events and activities occurring in our neighborhood.  Also, our purpose is to work with management to ensure amenities and grounds are kept up and repaired, to maintain the community's original condition.  This was huge in the past, as we were advertised as a Class A community, but things were continually deteriorating and not being taken care of.  We're much more on top of things now.
